During surgery, we observed that the ovary, uterus, and intestine were densely adherent, forming a single mass due to extensive disease. ICG imaging revealed abnormal uptake in areas that should have been clear, particularly around the pelvic nerves and parametrium, indicating advanced and deeply infiltrative disease. To restore normal anatomy and improve her chances of conception, a segmental bowel resection was performed. The affected bowel segment was removed, and a clean, healthy anastomosis was created using a surgical stapler.
