| Video Discription | A young girl presented with sudden severe pain in her lower abdomen for 2 days. Clinically and radiologically she was diagnosed with left ovarian torsion. Diagnostic Laparoscopy was performed. left ovary was completely necrosed because of torsion. Right adnexa had a paraovarian cyst. Left ovary was removed( Oophorectomy) and right para ovarian cyst was also removed. Right ovarian ligament was plicated to reduce mobility of ovary. |
