| Video Discription | In advance cervical cancer stage IIIB/IV the main issue of surgical management is to excise all the pelvic tumour – pelvectomy with lateral extented parametrectomy. We present the case of a 60 year old patient with a scuamos cervical carcinoma stage IV A G2. Preoperative work-up revealed a proliferative process at the level of the cervix and uterine corpus with infiltration of the posterior wall of the bladder. After the patient underwent chimiotherapy, external radiotherapy and brachytherapy there was 50 % regression in tumour size and the patient was scheduled for surgery- anterior pelvectomy with lateral extended left parametrectomy. The surgical management included a multidisciplinary approach together with the urology team in order to perform a robotic surgery.
