| Video Discription | 50 year old female presented to opd with C/O post menopausal bleeding. Her obstetric history suggestive of two live issues delivered by cesarean section.Her USG showed endometrial thickness 7mm. She was posted for endometrial biopsy. Her HPE report suggestive of simple cystic hyperplasia without atypia. So she was posted for TLH. Bladder dissection was carried out by lateral window technique. Her intraoperetive and post operative period was uneventful. |
