She tried multiple medications but they gave only partial and temporary relief. So we planned for a navigation sinus surgery, polypectomy under general anesthesia. I have used 4K Storz endoscopy system, Medtronic sinus navigation and balloon sinus dilation, hydrodebrider during this procedure. the end result came out very well. Patient is breathing very well now from her nose. She says she is able to smell better than before and this will improve with time.
