| Video Discription | This 70-year old woman had a recent history of an epileptic seizure after a period of sleep deprivation. Consequential diagnostics revealed a large aneurysm at the anterior communicating artery. In multidisciplinary neurovascular and in shared decision making with the patient and her family we decided on treatment of the aneurysm by surgery. A left lateral frontoorbital approach was used to reconstruct the anterior communicating artery through clip reconstruction. The aneurysm was clipped adequately and the patient recovered fast and without any deficits from surgery. Surgery by: dr.
