| Video Discription | Here’s a quick instructional video on how we setup and run our AEG washers. 1. Load AEG Vessel w/ no more than 5lbs of ice. Ice should be placed both under and over the false bottom. 2. Vessel should be allowed chill for a few minutes prior to adding plant material. 3. Load washer: 1. We use one 11”x24” vacuum seal bag of fresh frozen when washing w/ the work bag. (Approximately 500-800g) 2. With the false bottom and no work bag we run up to 3 bags of fresh frozen. (Approximately 1500-2000g) 4. Add a thin layer of ice over the plant material and fill the vessel with clean pre-chilled water (we prefer RO). 1. The work bag has a redline that indicates max water level 2. W/ the false bottom the water line should be between 25L-30L as indicated on the inside wall of the vessel. 5. Install the lid and pre-soak the plant material for 20 mins prior to running the first cycle. AEG Standard Recipe 1. In the settings menu set the Paddle Speed, Spin pattern and Wash Time. Pre-Soak 20mins 1st wash - Speed 3, Spin 3, Time 20min 2nd- Speed 10, Spin 3, Time 10min 3rd- Speed 10, Vortex, Time 10min 2. Drain vessel through wash bags 3. Rinse with ice cold clean water. 4. Collect the bubble hash from the wash bag. Place bag over the AEG collection cup and scoop/scrape the material off the bags w/ a spoon, butter knife or collection card. Note: Use the minimum amount of ice possible to keep the water in the vessel below 35° F. The colder the environment / work room the less ice that will be needed. |
