| Video Discription | This patient underwent a TOT sling that migrated to the bladder neck with tape exposure. She remained incontinent and after the removal of the exposed part of the tape she develoed a VVF and was referred to us. After 3 months we performed fistulorraphy with Martuis flap and simultaneouly a mini sling Ophira. The patient is completely dry and continent. |
