She has type 2 diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, chronic renal parenchymal disease and hypertension comorbidities. The patient, who underwent the Altemeirs procedure, was discharged on the 3rd day after surgery without any problem. In the postoperative control, it was learned that prolapse did not develop and gas-stool incontinence became controlled. |
