| Video Discription | A 58 year old female, who presented with a rapidly growing distal Superior Mesenteric Artery (SMA) aneurysm. An open repair was performed with a 6 mm Dacron interposition graft, with the re-implantation of multiple side branches. Due to an early graft thrombosis the patient underwent a second look procedure where the distal anastomosis was revised and a thrombectomy was performed. Objectives: 1. This video reports the technique of open repair for distal SMA aneurysms. 2. This video show the technique of thrombectomy after graft occlusion. 3.
