| Video Discription | This is a video of a right upper microlobectomy in a 92 year old using the new shorter handled Artisential wristed instruments. These shorter instruments were much better and are perfect for thoracic surgery. I used a 5mm camera, 8mm incisions for the artisential instruments and a 10mm subxiphoid port for stapling and the drain and lobe removal. We didn't have our usual storz stack or camera so it was very dark and then the hard drive maxed out and stopped recording so apologies for this but at least you get to see these instruments in action and I am pleased to say my lady is doing well |
