| Video Discription | 49 yo male patient. Suffering from right sided inguinal hernia. Laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair with self fixating mesh. A 10 mm port was inserted through the umbilicus, two 5 mm ports were inserted from the midline. Laparscopic space maker was not used for this case. Blunt dissection was used for operational cavity. A direct and possible indirect hernia was detected. A 12x8 mm self fixating mesh was used for reinforcement. Postoperative period was uneventful, at 1 month folow-up control the pateint has no complaint. |
