| Video Discription | This is first combined endoscopic Atticotomy with canal wall up mastoidectomy for polypoidal and granulation tissue disease ,in this case the incus was missing ,malleus was intact and anterior and posterior epitympanum were cleared of disease and polyp was removed from external auditory canal and granulation tissue was cleared from antrum and hypo tympanum . Drainage was confirmed through antrum aditus into middle ear by installing saline through antrum . The mastoid antrum was drilled by help of microscope where we found anterior lying lateral sinus and low dura . Post operatively facial nerve was intact and weber was lateralised towards operated ear we placed a cartilage mucoperichoindrium graft to close the attic defect. |
