| Video Discription | Procedures performed by Dr. Michael Thomas This Patient presented with severe acute head ache, gait disturbance and altered level of consciousness. Angiogram showed Complex brainstem AVM in the right basilar cisterns. CT showed 4th ventricular hemorrhage with hydrocephalus. A ventric was placed. Post op she developed multiple lower cranial neuropathies. All neuropathies resolves several weeks post op. |
