Patient was operated in May 2016 On initial survey CBD was found tethered to Gall Bladder and tented laterally due to previous Cholecystitis.It appeared during initial dissection that Gall bladder is directly opening in to CBD. The Video will demonstrate how meticulous dissection can be performed to prevent Biliary injury and how a Cystic duct can be skeletonized. At the end of video you will see how sufficient length of Cystic Duct was obtained for safe clipping & division #SafeCholecystectomy |
