| Video Discription | Stewart's incision with a personal modification to eliminate possibility of a marginal skin necrosis, a not so uncommon cause of wound breakdown leading to delay in starting adjuvant therapy, is demonstrated. Flap raising in the natural bloodless tissue plane between subcutaneous fat and breast fat is shown.
