| Video Discription | This is a 66 y/o male who presented with an episode of sudden onset headache and nausea/vomiting. Serial exams showed a left occipital DAVF (Cognard Grade IV) with the main blood supply from the meningeal artery. However, there was no obvious venous drainage route that could be noted. Thus, the transvenous embolization was not able to be performed. After discussion with the interventionist and the patient, he determined to undergo surgical excision after the transarterial embolization. |
