| Video Discription | This video is a surgical demonstration of a difficult Vaginal hysterectomy (with lax anterior compartment but strong posterior compartment) complicated by pull (bulk) of fibroid from above. Hysterectomy was more or less like Non Descent Vaginal Hysterectomy (NDVH). For cystocoele, native tissue repair (anterior colporrhaphy) was done. TVT- retropubic procedure was done for Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI). The tape used is Steema TVT by Promedon, Germany.Tape placement was followed by Cystoscopy to confirm bladder integrity. #Manipal Urogynecology #MUG |
