| Video Discription | Inverted papilloma with attachment to the medial wall of maxilla dealt with by Modified Denker's approach. Complete excision of the tumor done along with the covering of the maxillary sinus mucosa. This approach allows us to get a head on view of the disease & enables us to go around the tumor upto the SPF thus enabling us to bloodlessly tackle the tumor, rather than a middle meatal antrostomy approach where in we are looking at the tumor with an angled endoscope. |
