Vaporization is a reduce harm method of inhalation when compared to smoking. Video Transcript: Hi, we’re here at the Hemp, Health and Science Expo showing the Desktop Pro Vaporizer. The Desktop Pro Vaporizer is a dry herb wand and whip vaporizer. We just suck up our plant materials in the end of the wand there. Hold it up to the heat source, and then we go ahead and inhale the heat off the element, and the heat passes over the dry herb. But it only heats it up enough, warm enough, to boil the oils in the plant material, without actually starting it on fire. And since we’re not starting it on fire it doesn’t hurt the throat and it actually tastes a lot better. This is what we would call a reduced harm method of smoking. You can see it’s still in the end there and when we’re done we just go ahead and dump it back out and that product would then be used. And it’s very easy to clean. It plugs into regular household current. And you can adjust the power there you can see with the, the dial on the front. Now, one of the things that we did with our product is we went after a segment that nobody is tapping into right now, which is an inert hot zone. We only use ceramic, glass, silicone and titanium; all operating within their thermal limits, which make them inert materials. Inert would mean that it doesn’t effect the gas or vapors that you’re drawing through the device. Thanks for stopping by the booth! |
