| Video Discription | SCOLA is a minimal invasive endoscopic surgery for simultaneous correction of divarication of rectii with umbilical hernia in a non obese patient. It is not a technically challenging surgery but selection of cases is important. one should not do in obese patient because significant seroma formation can happen jeopardizing the results. In this case I used self adhering Progrip mesh by Medtronic for better mesh fixation. I also added periferal running sutures to avoid mesh ballooning out with few interrupted sutures in midline .
