This tumor is responsible for issues such as extremely high blood pressure, palpitations, sweating, headaches and anxiety. This boy had a very atypical presentation with seizures. On evaluation we found this tumor in his left adrenal gland. There is lot of preoperative preparation that goes on before embarking on this procedure. It is frought with great risks due to the intraoperative hemodynamic instability. |
