Pre-operative MRI confirmed a significant right-sided disc herniation at the L4/5 level. Surgical Procedure: The procedure involved a microscopic fenestration and discectomy at the L4/5 level. Key surgical steps, intraoperative findings, and techniques for meticulous decompression and disc fragment removal are highlighted. The emphasis is on minimally invasive principles to preserve surrounding anatomical structures.
