| Video Discription | A 55-year-old male patient with a history of smoking, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes was evaluated for severe claudication and occasional rest pain in the right leg. A diagnostic CT angiography confirmed the focal occlusion of the right common iliac artery and a significant stenosis on the right common femoral artery. The patient underwent successful Iliofemoral repair using a hybrid approach. Objectives: 1. This video describes the management of iliofemoral steno-occlusive disease. 2.
