Dissection notes: Posterior dissection limited by blood pressure reduction with anterior retraction of lung, requiring moving to other parts of dissection. Incomplete fissure requiring combination of anterior dissection between superior and inferior pulmonary veins to identify left lower lobe bronchus and ongoing pulmonary artery, along with fissure dissection. Anterior dissection, fissure dissection and superior pulmonary vein dissection aided by 30 degree camera. Once fissure opened, total of five pulmonary arterial branches to right upper lobe found in order of division: 1) lingular trunk, A[4+5]; 2) posterior ascending, A[1+2]c; 3) truncus superior, A[1+2][a+b]; 4) upper anterior branch, A3[a+b]; 5) lower anterior branch, A3c.
