FINDINGS: FOL: Epiglottis, aryepiglottic folds perform fossa and vocal cords appear normal ESOPHAGUS: Multiple columns of grade I oesophageal varices are seen at the lower third STOMACH: Features of severe congestive gastropathy is noted all over the stomach. A cluster of fundal varix is noted Sclerotherapy is given by injecting with 25ml of Cyanoacrylate (Endocryl) at the base and body of the varix DUODENUM: The bulb, pest-bulbar area and second part appear normal BIOPSY: Not takan COMMENTS Grade l oesophageal varices with fundal varix and congestive gastropathy (severe) at Endoscopy. THERAPUTIC INTERVENTION: Second sessions of sclerotherapy of fundal varix done.
