Approximatly 4 lt ascites was drained from amdominal cavity.So intraabdominal pressure was reduced to create the extraperitoneal space.All TEP procedure was seen form second camera with used from left side trocar. There were two hernia at the right side. The defects were covered with DynaMesh ENDOLAP 3D visible mesh and it was fixed with Liquiband Fix 8. |
