It is extremely important to take out kidney safely so that it gives best results to the patient and reduces chances of any risk to the donor. Donor kidney can have variable anatomy and comes with different challenges all the time. Sometimes, there are multiple vessels, and sometimes vessels can have early branching. With more number of vessels, the time required for their anastomosis also increases. Therefore, it is generally an attempt to reduce the number of anastomosis in any transplant case. In this patient, there was early Renal artery branching.
