| Video Discription | The Enhanced or Extended View (E-T.E.P.) Technique is a modification of the traditional T.E.P Technique. This Technique expands the working extraperitoneal space to facilitate the Repair of Hernias , especially in obese patients,in patients with large Hernias and for the deployment, spreading out and fixation of large meshes. The E-TEP technique entails a higher camera placement and division of Douglas 'line. The E-TEP develops a large space similar to or even better than with the TAPP technique without bowel interfering.
