The process of selection for this approach is paramount to a successful result. This patient has chronic neuropathic pain after an open-mesh, inguinal hernia repair. He underwent multiples procedures, including a laparoscopic TAPP repair. Currently, he does not have a recurrent hernia, orchialgia, nor a meshoma. Multiple pharmacological interventions have failed. He often uses opioids analgesics. |
