| Video Discription | 58 year lady S/p grade 4 -aneurysmal bleed. Hypertensive Had hydrocephalus and intraventricular bleed. We placed EVD. DSA ( digital angiogram )showed two aneurysms. Right MCA and complex Right ICA wide neck aneurysm. We did discussed both endovascular and clipping options with relatives. They opted for clipping . We did pterional craniotomy and clipping for both aneurysms.
