| Video Discription | Second, look endoscopic ear surgery with cholesteatoma under the pyramidal process and in between crura of stapes. Note stapedius tendon was absent and facial canal dehiscent. This is a case of extensive congenital cholesteatoma with normal cochlear reserve. Post-op normal cochlear reserve. Plan to do another review in nine months. Adhesion between Stapes head and facial nerve were not released as they help to stabilize stapes while I dissected cholesteatoma. |
