| Video Discription | 57 years, male, no trauma, no diseases, no previous surgeries, arrived at the ER with the following history: Important and constant pain that started and stayed in the right greater trochanter of the right femur 24h ago. It got more intense during the last 12 hours and worst when walking. No fever, no bowel changes. Never felt amything like this before. abdominal palpation: pain free, but the pain in the right femur persisted, didn't change during examination. CT scan showed: 1 - atelectasis in the lower right lobe, 2 - fecalith on the appendix but no signs of appendicitis (appendix with normal size and air inside it), 3 - no hernias or any other changes. Femoral bone normal. WBC: 12.000, no blasts, urinary test: normal. Every other vital sign were normal, and under regular painkillers the pain were much weaker. |
