| Video Discription | Patient: Middle aged man with multiple large flat lesions. History of lung and adrenal tumors resected. Endoscope: A cap fitted colonoscope with CO2. Lesion: A flat lesion in the transverse colon. Injection: First injection did not lift the lesion. Second injection resulted in successful lifting of the lesion; third injection resulted in a good lift of the lesion. Endoscopic resection: A 10 mm stiff snare was used to resect the lesion. "Back hand flip technique" was used to entrap the lesion. Resection base: Blue indicative of submucosa; red base in the center (could be bleeding or deep cut; one could use Indigo Carmine spray to differentiate between a deep cut versus blood) Clip closure: Four clips for successful closure. |
