He discusses the advantages over alternative fluorescence technologies which do not allow blood flow and anatomy to be viewed simultaneously. “GLOW800 worked straight away. Suddenly we had the blood vessels lighting up but we could still see the brain structures around them,” Says Dr. Guzman. “Now we can keep oriented in the 3D environment…This is a big advantage and a big achievement”.
