| Video Discription | 7yr, Female child presented with sudden onset weakness of both lower limb with difficulty in urination. On examination Power both lower limb was 0/5 and decreased tone..MRI was done and D/D were Spinal AVM with Haemorrhagic cyst and Hemangioblastoma. Intraoperative finding were of Spinal AVM.Post surgery Child started moving her Left(3rd day) followed by Right thigh(5th) with intact bladder function. She was discharged on day 10 without any complication with physiotherapy advice. |
