| Video Discription | This is a young female patient presenting with threatened critical limb ischemia, chronic infrarenal aortic occlusion, managed with Gore-Tex graft for aorto bi-trans-obturator bi-popliteal bypass. We used the Infrarenal aorta as our inflow to Bi-Popliteal arteries bypasses with aorto-bi-iliac endarterectomy to maintain flow to both internal iliac arteries as the common femoral and profunda on both sides are totally occluded. The endartectomized Infra-renal aorta was used as inflow and popliteal arteries were used as outflow vessels for distal anastomoses.
