The patient presented 23 years after Cesarean section with complains of watery discharge from vagina for 10 to 12 months. She also complained of urine leak on coughing and laughing for 20 years, likely associated with vaginal pooling of urine, that mimicked symptoms associated with stress incontinence. PV examination and CT IVP revealed Vesico Uterine Fistula. The patient underwent Laparoscopic repair of Vesico Uterine Fistula with Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy..
