Vesicles-Vagina: this is predominantly following surgery or following birth trauma, an abnormal connection develops between the Urinary Bladder and the Vagina. 3. Recto-Vagina: this is an abnormal connection between the Rectum and the Vagina and Is characterised by an abnormal passage of stools from the vagina. These are extremely difficult situations for the patient as well as the family as it’s a very distressing for the patient to have an abnormal, continuous leakage of either stools or the urine from the Vagina.
