She was not fit for any surgical procedure as her sr.bil was 19mg/dl.we wanted to palliate her jaundice. She was sent for ERCP which failed as they could not negotiate a stent. We took her for laparoscopic choledochojejunostomy with cholecystectomy. Postoperatively we found encouraging results within first week her bilirubin came down to 5mg/dl |
