| Video Discription | This is a case of symptomatic cystocele with uterine prolapse, presented with increased frequency and hesitancy of urine. Combined approach of laparoscopy and vaginal surgery was opted for site specific repair. We aim to address cystocele and rectocele vaginally, but apical defect (uterine descent) and enterocele is addressed by laparoscopy to achieve high uterosacral suspension and Moschcowitz repair. Out of all the cases, we have not had any recurrence or vault prolapse using this approach. |
