USG s/o Low lying uterus with cervical hypertrophy. Patient was willing to preserve her uterus. so the Uterus is hanged up to the sacral promontory with the help of polypropylene mesh laparoscopically because the natural uterine supports (ligaments or endopelvic fascia) were so weak in this patient that these cannot bear the weight of normal uterus |
