INFERTILITY and future fertility preseason are the only reasons to undergo fibroid removal surgery. for most other reasons, most patients and couples opt for uterus removal, as it offers a permanent solution. how do fibroids cause infertility? fibroids in the muscle layer of the uterus may distort the normal shape and size of the uterus.
