The common causes are a non functioning segment of ureter or a crossing vessel overlying the ureter leading to obstruction. PUJO may present at any age. Generally adult presentation associated with crossing vessel abnormality. Laparosvopic Pyeloplasty is the standard treatment for PUJO.
