| Video Discription | A particularly complex case of an extensive transobturator sling erosion into the urethra and bladder neck with large stone of eroded mesh causing severe pain and recurrent infection. Laparoscopic removal of the sling including urethral mesh erosion lead to complete symptoms resolution and quick recovery. A cystourethroscopy at three weeks post removal of the eroded sling showed good healing of the urethra. |
