| Video Discription | www.metinertem.com www.laparoskopik.com 38 y/o male. He had right TEP at another center 5 months ago. It had recurred in a short time. We did TAPP. We saw that the mesh hadn't overlapped enough laterally at the previous repair. Then, rolled medially and meshoma formed. We resected the meshoma and put a mesh. According to our experience, It's generally impossible to preserve enough peritoneum for closing the groin after mesh implantation. So, we used IPOM mesh and fixed it with liquiband.
