| Video Discription | This 3-D video presents the case of a healthy 74-year-old in whom an incidental high grade ethmoidal dural arteriovenous fistula was discovered. The fistula was treated by micro-surgical clipping of the draining vein where it emanated from the dura of the anterior cranial base without complications. The patient returned to work one month after surgery. This is the first in Neurosurgery's new article type, 3-D Video.
