| Video Discription | Left OZ approach to access a midbrain lesion situated between the cerebral peduncles and extending posteriorly into the midbrain and to the right. A contralateral approach was utilized based on the two-point method which allows for an axis of resection along the line between the two cavernomas. Both cavernomas were resected via the same entry point into the midbrain. The surgical corridor is taken between the internal carotid artery and third cranial nerve.
