| Video Discription | 27 years old woman with a 3-months history of trigeminal neuralgia (V2 territory). MRI demonstrates the existence of a tumor in Meckel's cave suggestive of a trigeminal schwannoma. A left minipterional approach, subtemporal and Kawase approach was performed to achieve a complete resection. Uneventful postoperative course. The patient was discharged at home at 72h. The posotperative MRI shows a complete resection of the tumor. The patient has a minimal hipoesthesia in V2 territory. She does not need any drugs. |
