Stretching by speculum of Strong adhered rectum probably caused vertical tear without notice of surgeon.Rectal mucosa was intact. It was detected before closure of vault. We always inspect rectal wall before closure of vault. Wall was sutured in one layer. Patient did not need special postoperative care.Vaginal hysterctomy done by bipolar shear,sutureless vaginal hysterectomy. |
